International Food Festival from Guatemala, is a nonprofit event that encourages the development of the International Food Service according to the latest techniques, skills and style of service, with the aim of providing an efficient gastronomy in our country at the country level more developed.
Its primary objective is to comply with the Corporate Social Responsibility programs to raise funds by selling tickets for programs that support the Rotary Club Guatemala East, institution in charge of the charity.
Participation categories:
Team: Shaping a chef Leader and six participants who may be cooks or student, which must participate with a plate for each of the different sub-categories.
Individual: It may participate chefs and cooks representatives of their establishments. One that must enroll in at least 5 sub-categories.
