MUNICIPAL DECLARATION
 Within the framework of local municipal management, resolutions were obtained from the 46 Municipal Councils of each of the Municipalities that make up the 9 Municipal Associations which are partners of the Corredor Tecnológico. These resolutions declare the technological Corridor of Guatemala to be of PUBLIC INTEREST. Furthermore, they expressly authorize the acting mayor to appear before the Association, granting complete support to the Corridor.
Municipal Accords of Participation and Declaration of Public Interest.
From 2009 to the present, the 46 Municipal Districts which make up the Corredor Tecnológico have issued Municipal Accords through which they have accepted to participate actively in the project. At the same time, they declare implementation of the Corridor in their respective areas of influence to be of public interest, recognizing this project as a means of development for their communities.

 Following success in obtaining municipal accords from the aforementioned municipalities, the 9 Municipal Associations which group together the 46 municipal districts issued Association Agreements through which they have accepted to participate actively in the project. At the same time, they declare implementation of the Corridor in their respective areas of influence to be of public interest, recognizing this project as a means of development for their communities.
