Challenge: Customer could not deliver the projects of software development on the expected time.
Solution: Provide expert and qualified engineers to fulfill the custome´s needs to support the different stages of the software development cycle such as analysis, design, implementation and support. International standards such as ITIL, CMMI and ISO 9000 were used.
