Challenge: The Bank needs to reduce time and human resources to grant credits.

Solution: Module management for Sigma 7 was implemented to pre-evaluate customers interested in credit, gauging interest, determinig customer approval.

Result: Through software implementation solution, the Bank has increased productivity in every area. This process is implemented through the mobile phone solution that provides a credit -re- evaluation within a second as a result of the credit pre-evaluation. This Holistic process allows management of the credit process form analysis disbursement.
