Drawn
The Galvanised Wire is manufactured by cold drawing of wire rod and involves stretching the wire of a thickness less than one which changes its mechanical properties and reduces the thickness of the initial wire thickness. This in turn is subjected to a process of hot-dip galvanizing, resulting in a uniform zinc coating gives greater resistance to corrosion. Depending on the size and wire thickness is applied a coating layer which ensures distinct zinc.
The product is manufactured using the latest technology and applying international measures to ensure their mechanical properties of steel and coating steps.

Galvanized Mesh
The metal railing is made from galvanized steel, which is tensioned and interlacing zigzag forming diamonds. The extremities of the wires may be yarn (to form a pick) or folded to form a knot and prevent the mesh discards.
In the manufacture of the mesh, the latest technology is used, as well as international quality wire rod as raw material.
The most used gauges are 10.5,11,11.5 and 12.5 Cal.
The height of the mesh can be of 1.0,1.5,2.0 and 2.5 m
The galvanized wire used to make the mesh is Class II and has a strength of 67,000 PSI.
Presentation
Compact rolls of 20 linear meters long.
Available on orders other gauges, dimensions, openings and finishes.
Standards
Excellent compliance with the quality standard ASTM A-392
Advantages
Corrosion resistant (galvanized commercial class)
Homogeneous in their mechanical properties.
Optimal measure in height and aperture.
